Author\u00b4s biography<\/h5><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Mar\u00eda Paz Guerrero.<\/strong> Born in Bogot\u00e1, Colombia. She is the author of the poetry books Los analfabetas (La jaula publicaciones, 2020) and Dios tambi\u00e9n es una perra (Caj\u00f3n de Sastre, 2018),and editor of La generaci\u00f3n sin nombre. Una antolog\u00eda (Universidad Central, 2019). She also published the essay \u201cEl dolor de estar vivo en los poemas p\u00f3stumos de C\u00e9sar Vallejo\u201d (Universidad de los Andes, 2006). Her poems are included in the anthologies P\u00e1jaros de sombra. Diecisiete poetas colombianas, 1989-1964 (Vaso Roto, 2019) and Moradas interiores. Cuatro poetas colombianas Universidad Javeriana, colecci\u00f3n de poes\u00eda, 2016). Her poetry book Dios tambi\u00e9n es una perra was translated and published in English as God is a Bitch Too by Ugly Duckling Press (New York, 2020). Mar\u00eda Paz studied Literature in Universidad de los Andes, she is MFA in Comparative Literature by Sorbonne Universit\u00e9, Paris, and is currently on the PhD in Literary Theory at Universidad de Zaragoza. She is full time professor in Universidad Central\u2019s department of creative writing, in Bogot\u00e1.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner]
