Author\u00b4s biography<\/h5><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Juliana Mu\u00f1oz.<\/strong> Writer and journalist from Bogot\u00e1. With her first novel \u201c24 se\u00f1ales para descubrir a un alian\u201d she won the Children’s and Youth Literature award Premio Internacional Tragaluz. In 2017 this book was considered by The White Ravens list, in Germany, as one of the best for children and young people. She is also the author of the novels \u201cMi hermana Juana y las ballenas del fin del mundo\u201d (Planeta, 2017), \u201cDiario de dos Lunas\u201d (Norma, 2019), \u201cA la sombra de un naranjo\u201d (Tragaluz 2020), \u201cLa Quitapenas\u201d (Vicen Vives 2021) and \u201cAlbina\u201d (Tragaluz, 2022). She studied Journalism at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing at New York University. He has received awards such as the A la orilla del viento, award from the Fondo de Cultura Econ\u00f3mica de M\u00e9xico for his book “Jacinto y Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9”, an honorable mention at the Bratislava biennial of illustration for his books “El animal m\u00e1s feroz” and “Todos se burlan” , CJ Award from Korea for his book \u201cDos Pajaritos\u201d, White Ravens from Germany for his books \u201cEl viaje de los elefantes\u201d, \u201cDos Pajaritos\u201d and \u201cEl Ni\u00f1o Gato\u201d, IBBY honor list for his book \u201cDos pajaritos\u201d, selected for exhibition at the fair and catalog of Bologna for the illustrations of the book \u201cEl bajo Alberti\u201d, among others.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner]
