Luna Libros is an independent publishing house, founded in 2008 in Bogotá, Colombia, that publishes books about Latin America –its geography, history, societies, arts and main personalities–, books of humanities –translations and texts originally written in Spanish, to the university academic field of our continent– and poetry, essays and non fiction books.

We are building a catalogue that let us read about America from within America and that contributes to build knowledge about the continent. We publish useful texts for students and college professors as well as for readers that are interested in social and human sciences. We present authors and visions of the world that contribute to increase the value of the written word because we believe that one of the greatest values of the American continent is our language.
